Shipping policy
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer one standard shipping method for all orders within the United States. Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to arrive. While we strive to deliver your plants as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.
Packaging
We take special care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. During colder months, we include a heat pack in your package to protect your plant from cold temperatures during transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Damaged or Dead Plants
We understand that plants are delicate and can be susceptible to damage during shipping. If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the plant and its packaging. We will review your claim and offer a replacement plant or a refund, at our discretion.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that 1 it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has shipped.
